What is the study format?
First: Arabic Track – Riyadh
This track follows a non-intensive attendance format, where participants attend lectures and workshops at King Saud University for two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday).
The program is delivered using a Block System, where two courses are studied over five weeks, with classes held twice per week across three academic periods between September and January each year.
These periods are separated by intervals dedicated to completing practical assignments. The program concludes with final examinations for each course and a final group project.
Second: English Track – Jeddah
This track follows an intensive attendance format, where participants attend lectures and workshops for ten days during each of the following months:
September – November – January
The program is also delivered using the Block System, with periods allocated for practical assignments and concluding with final exams and a final group project.

What are the admission requirements?
The program welcomes Saudi and international applicants of all genders who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any recognized field
- At least three years of professional experience in the sports sector
- Proof of English proficiency through one of the following tests:
IELTS, TOEFL, or STEP, with a minimum score equivalent to IELTS 5
(Required for the English track only) - Successful completion of the personal interview
- For non-Saudi applicants:
A valid residence permit (Iqama) is required.
What are the requirements for obtaining the certificate?
To obtain the certificate, participants must:
- Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% for each course
- Pass the final examination for each course
- Successfully complete the final group project
- The final project is evaluated by a specialized academic committee.
When does the application period open?
Applications and registration are open from March to April each year.
When are the personal interviews conducted?
Personal interviews for shortlisted candidates are conducted between May 10 and May 14 each year.
